Before Payment:

· 　 Click on the "Order Now" button at the bottom of main page/ click  “Order Form” under Services button on the menu bar. All customers are encouraged to study the Terms & Conditions while making purchase. Measurement Map is provided on the above. The detail of each item will be posted at below the item’s photo.

 

·     Fill up all the required information & submit the form. For example: ‘If you did not mention the colour, owner will randomly select any of the colours for the clothes that you had ordered’ or ‘We unable to deliver on time under the incomplete address condition or unable to track under incomplete details.

*    After complete all the Details, click the "Submit" at the bottom of the order form. The details will automatically send to owner's inbox. Owner will check and reply you at the same day. But for those order form submit after 00:00am will proceed as the next day sales.

 

 

On Payment:

·      You will receive our order confirmation via E-mail for the Stock Availability. After the confirmation, you can make payment to us through Online Transfer/ Cash Deposit/ ATM Transfer/interbank transfer. For more information regarding bank account or shipping postage, please refer to Shipping Area & Postage.
 

·       The payment should be made within 2 days after the email confirmation. If the payment do not make within 2 days, the order will automatically cancelled. If you cannot make it within two days, please inform earlier after the confirmation email from owner and owner will consider your reason to hold the order.

 

 

After Payment:

·      After that, kindly Whats App/ Line/ SMS  us through
    012-6248589 (No  received called) or email to chloeyeap0926@gmail.com once the payment is remitted. We will verify your payment shortly.

  

·        After all few steps, parcel will be sent out and tracking number will be provided.

·    You may track your parcel here at http://www.skynet.com.my/. All order will be send out within 7days (not include Weekend & Public Holidays) after full payment is received.

订单前

·       顾客必须先确认所订购的衣服是否合身，我们不接受衣服不合身为退款/换款式的理由。如果您不确定是否合身，可以参考上图所提供的量身图来测量尺寸是否合身。请在订购时，阅读我们的 "Terms & Condition" 条列与条规。
 

·      所有款式都在图片下方注明了尺寸。选定想要购买的衣服后，可以到首页的下方点击“Order Now" 的字母，就会自动跳到 "Order Form" 订单表格。又或者可以到首页的上方点击"Service"里的"order form" 来到订单表格。所以您无需另做表格，我们以最便利的方式为您提供服务。

 

 

 

 

 

 

订单时

·      请注明衣服的编号，颜色，数量。
 

·       如果顾客没有注明颜色，店主将放同款衣服的任何一个颜色。之后我们并不接受颜对退款/换款式的理由。填写完毕，点击下方的 "Submit" 就可以了。这些资料将会自动传送到店主的电邮。店主会尽快在同一天回复。所有过了00:00凌晨十二点的订单将会被视为隔天的订单处理。

 

·      客户可用同一家或其他的银行转账，如用其他银行（店主所提供银行以外）转帐，将需要二至三天，店主才能收到款项。

  

 

 

订单后 

·       请在汇款后通过Whats App/ Line/ SMS的方式至
   012-6248589(不接受来电) 或电邮至chloeyeap0926@gmail.com来提供你的银行资料，例如行户口号码，户口的全名，数额，汇款日期等资料。客户的订单在被店主通过电邮确认以后，需在两天内汇款。如果店主在两天内没收到款项订单将自动取消。如果您因私人理由无法在两天内汇款，请务必在收到店主的电邮确认后通知店主，店主将考量您的理由而为您宽限汇款日期。

 

·        所有订单将在7个工作日内(不包括星期六/日/公共假期)发货. 在确定收到足够款项后，店主才会发送包裹。
