Q: What do I need to do after I have made the transfer?
A: Kindly send us your payment details by email to chloeyeap0926@gmail.com or message the detail to 0126248589 (Whats App/Line/SMS-only) for every successful payment. Owner will then verify your payment on the same day.

问:付款后,我该如何才能确定店主已收到款项?
答:付款显示成功后,您可以把你的付款资料如日期,总额,银行,户口号码和名字等电邮至chloeyeap0926@gmail.com 或讯息至 012-6248589 (只限Whats App/Line/SMS)。店主将在同一天内确定款项后回复你。
 

Q: I am new here. How do I start my first shopping?
A: It's very simple to shop from us. We have prepared a graphical tutorial at "HowToShop" under Services.

问:我是新手,请问应该如何开始?
答:我们的程序很简单。我们在Service页面里的HowToShop提供教程,叫您如何简单快速的完成网购。只需简单的几个步骤,就能顺利完成。

问:店主接受通过哪间银行的付款?
答:您可以在Services页面里的Shipping Area & Postage查询详情。
 

Q: If my order amount is RM95, and I have transferred RM100, how should I Inform the amount?
A: Kindly informed us with the same amount that you have transferred (RM100).
 
: 如果我的购物总额是 RM95, 可是我 CashDepositRM100,我该留言哪个数额?
答:您该在留言那里写上您所付的总额RM100
 
Q: What about my balance if I pay more than the order amount because cash deposit does not accept RM1/ RM5 note?
A: Owner will return the balance to you together with the parcel. If you are using the bank suggested by owner (HongLeong/Maybank), owner will bank-in the balance directly to your account. Please do not hesitate to remind us if we did not return.


问:CashDeposit Machine是不接受RM1/RM5的纸币,店主要如何还回我的存额?
答:店主将会在确认后,把余额与您的包裹一起寄出。如您使用店主所提供的银行(HongLeongbank/Maybank),店主将会把余额Bank-In您的户口。
 

Q: Is the shipping free of charge?
A: No, the price shown does not include shipping fee yet. You can check our shipping rates at Shipping Area & Postage under Service.
 
问:请问所有产品都是免运费吗?
答:不,所有物品并未包含运输费。您可以通过Service页面里的Shipping Area & Postage来查询邮寄费详情。
 

Q: Are the products pre-order or ready stocks?
A: For those Pre-Order products will be stated at the bottom of the Picture. Why? The pre-order products are handmade, so it needs about 4 weeks to complete and imported. In fact, almost all of the products show is ready stock and just one/two pieces available in each design for each colour and size (if available). This is to cope with the fashionable passionate market compared to other online shops!
 
问:请问产品是预购的还是现货的?
答:所有预购产品都会在产品照片下注明,大多数的预购品都是手工制织品,所以都需要四个星期来制作和进口。此外,其他产品都是现货,而且每个款式内的颜色和尺寸都只有一/两件,绝不重复来符合现今时尚市场需求。

 
Q: Where are the products come from?
A: We import all our clothes & accessories from Korea, Taiwan, Thailand. Instead, we are searching some handmade local talented designer.

问:所有产品来自哪里?
答:我们所有都是从韩国,台湾,泰国的进口货。此外,我们还在寻找本地创意的设计师的加入
 

Q: Can I bargain for cheaper price?
A: No, the price shown is fixed but we do have promotions and competition from time to time.

问:价钱还可以商量吗?
答:不能。店主已把价钱调到最合理,所有产品都有一定的好品质。不过,我们的网站都时常会有不同的大优惠,让客户享有双倍的利益。

 
Q: Which courier company are you using?
A: We are using Skynet to ship our parcels. Why? Skynet offered the cheaper postage and faster service compare to Poslaju.
 
问:店主会用什么邮寄公司?
答:我们会用Skynet ,让您享有最快速的服务和最便宜的邮费.


Q: After courier, how long does it take for my order to reach my end?
A: It's fast, you will receive your order in just 3-4 working days in West Malaysia and 4-5days in East Malaysia after the payment is confirmed!

问:在店主确定收到款项后,需要多久才能拿到包裹?
答:西马的朋友只需3-4天的时间,而东马的朋友需4-5 天的时间


Q: I haven't received my order after a period given?
A: Kindly check your order status at your email (the email address you filled in Order Form). Owner will email you the parcel tracking number after the parcel is shipped. You can track your order at http://www.skynet.com.my/ with the Tracking ID provided.

问:为什么过了期限,还没有收到包裹?
答:请留意您在Order Form 里所填写的电邮地址。在店主邮寄后,将会电邮Tracking Number (包裹追踪号码) 到您的电邮信箱。您可以依照此号码在http://www.skynet.com.my/里追踪您的包裹。不过这些包裹只能在被Skynet寄出后才能被追踪。如有问题,可以向店主查询。


Q: My parcels have return to your company because the postman could not reach me after some time, what should I do?
A: You need to contact us immediately via Whats App/Line/SMS to 012-6248589 (Do Not Receive Call), please be reminded that you need to bear the new postage fee for your order. After confirm received the new postage, owner will only re-post the parcels to you again.

问:如果是因为寄送员工无法联络上我,或是因为我所填写的地址不齐全,导致包裹被遣送回邮政局,我该如何?
答:请您在发现后,马上Whats App/Line/SMS  012-6248589 (不接受来电), 我们将会联络电邮公司。但您将需要再付全新一次的邮寄费用给店主,在收到邮寄费用后,店主才会从新邮寄包裹给你。
